an innovate, product-oriented manager to head the HVAC new business development
activities. Reporting to the chief engineer. The select Manager will
coordinate a team of engineers to manage new business RFQs, oversee engineering
design, development, costing and development of processes as they relate to acquisition
of new business. Will interact with the highest levels of company as well as global
product line management with parent company. Must have a B.S. Mechanical Engineering
(minimum), 10+ years of experience at an automotive Tier 1 Supplier in a leadership
role with personnel responsibility; advanced HVAC module and system development
skills; superb communication and presentation skills; effective motivation and

Prototype Technician Requires
a high school diploma or equivalent; five years experience in a prototype assembly
environment (especially in the area of HVAC modules or other
automotive interior plastic components). Responsibilities:
Fabricate, modify and assembly prototype units, their sub-assemblies and participate
in the development process by feeding build concern information to team members.
3. Product Engineer
Responsible
for design and release of engine cooling components, assemblies and modules. As
a key member of the product team, serve as a technical leader with overall responsibility
for the fit, form and function of the assigned project contents. Specific duties
include: perform under the direction of the Product Manager and as a member of
the project team, gives technical leadership for product development and optimization
of end item products (component, modules, or system); conducts and documents project
team oriented DFMEA and design for assembly workshops throughout the various development
phases of a project for components, sub-assemblies and assemblies; provides technical
leadership for assigned projects, assures that customer technical requirements
are understood and met, development and reporting of test plans and leads and
coordinates problem prevention and resolution teams. Requires
MS in Mechanical Engineering and at least one year of experience in automotive
engineering related to automotive engine cooling systems, inc. exp. With numerical
methods and simulation packages; sizing, design and performance evaluation of
engine cooling systems and heat exchangers; facilitation of DFMEA workshops in
a project team; and QS9000 requirements as they related to design control and
quality. 4.
Cost Estimator Engine Cooling
Requires
manufacturing engineering experience with at least 4 years in the automotive industry;
experience with tooling for plastic parts; knowledge of stamping and materials
cost estimating; strong Microsoft Excel knowledge; Responsibilities:
Cost calculation of powertrain cooling assemblies and systems; VAVE analysis of
in-house and supplier assembly processes; participation in cost optimization of
